1. About the website

The website introduces our services: fruit buffets, workshops, the boutique, coconuts, the online course and the shop. Information, images and descriptions are for presentation only and do not constitute a binding offer.

2. Requests and bookings

Submitting a form or sending a message is not a confirmed booking. A booking is only valid once we confirm it explicitly in writing (by WhatsApp or email). The details of each event (date, place, prices, payments and cancellation terms) are agreed directly with us.

3. Workshops

Workshops are delivered on invitation from organisations, groups and teams, subject to Chef Hakeem’s availability and to agreement on date, place and number of participants. Registering your interest does not commit either party.

4. Allergies and dietary needs

Our products are fresh fruit and may be prepared in an environment that contains other ingredients. Please tell us in advance about any allergy or dietary restriction so we can make suitable arrangements. We are not responsible for harm resulting from not being informed, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

5. The shop and the course platform

The shop (shop.hakeemazab.com) and the course platform are separate sites, each with its own terms and its own purchase, shipping, returns and privacy policies, which apply to your purchases there.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including the logo, brand name, photos, video, text and designs, belongs to or is licensed to Hakeem Azab. It may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the website unlawfully, submit false information or spam through the forms, or attempt to disrupt or break into the website.

8. Third-party links

The website may contain links to external sites and services (such as WhatsApp, Waze and social media). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” with no guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using the website, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
